Position Overview: Working with the Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter, this role is responsible for talent acquisition administrative functions, referral partner building, and outbound sourcing. This position will also perform recruiting tasks, including but not limited to: updating job descriptions, coordinating job postings, researching/sourcing candidates, reviewing/sorting resumes, managing the reference check process for multiple recruiters, and scheduling/coordinating interviews.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
Sourcing & Partner Building:
● Build and develop effective referral sources with a focus on organizations that service justice impacted individuals, and develop qualified lead strategies from a variety of sources (i.e. referrals, advertising, career fairs, social media, etc.)
● Regularly send out job listings and updates to community partners informing them of CEO openings
● Actively participate in community clubs and organizations to promote and brand CEO
● Develop relationships with recruiters and hiring managers to share leads and best practices
● Provide specific selection process accountability to include but not limited to preliminary screening of candidates, administering selection tools and preparation for interviews and working in conjunction with the assigned recruiter to guide candidates through the selection process
● Review resumes and scheduling of interviews
● Effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters
Recruitment, Accountability, Tracking, and Analysis:
● Review and screen quality applications for recruiters
● Schedule interviews between the hiring team and the recruiter
● Conduct follow-up calls to candidates who are not responding to email requests
● Develop proficiency and use of Greenhouse to maintain candidate databases and accurate records of prospects to ensure efficiency of the selection process
● Assist in the coordination of team meetings and the preparation of activity/results reports

**This internship is funded by the Helene & Grant Wilson Center for Social Entrepreneurship at Pace University, the intern hired for this position will make a full-time commitment for 8 weeks, working no more than 35 hours each week, a total of 280 hours*
